If you are interested in joining the course, please fill in the form below. When we've received your application, we'll reserve a place for you on the next due taster class and you will receive an email confirming the date and time of this class. Once you've attended the taster you can decide whether or not to continue with the course.
All fields are required. Before you apply, please make sure you've read through the information about the course, particularly the eligibility criteria: you must be a mental health service user, and resident in the borough of Camden.
Note for key workers: please do not complete this on a client's behalf; all students should fill in the form themselves. Thanks.
